I just graduated from Centralia College in June 2019 with my Associate in Technical Arts degree in Accounting/Tax. I decided to study accounting because I have always enjoyed math. I like figuring out problems and find it very satisfying when the books balance. I wanted to work at Business Resource Center, Inc. because it’s also a learning job. While I learned a lot at school, I’m learning more at this job because I’m a hands-on learner. I get the pleasure of helping our client representatives in whatever they may need assistance. I help with payroll, bookkeeping, quarterly tax returns, excise tax returns, and finalizing federal tax returns.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful daughter and my husband. When I have the time, I really enjoy reading a good book. My favorite author is Nicholas Sparks, but my favorite books are the Harry Potter series.
